Originally had a bad experience, but Jeremy reached out to me and made it right. I am now happy with the customer service.
Lied about the condition of the vehicle and failed to show the vehicle honestly on bringatrailer.com Vehicle had a ABS light on and he purposefully didnt show in the videos. Vehicle was not safe to drive home although he said it was.
I recently bought a 1999 Corvette from Jeremy at Northern Auto. The experience dealing with him was probably the best car dealer experience I’ve had to date. Jeremy was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I showed up with a Uhaul trailer to bring the Corvette home in which it was difficult loading the car onto the trailer without damaging it due to the low clearance of the car.
