Having never been to a pain management facility, my expectations were LOW and my attitude was NOT good. My pain is chronic, and I did not want any more pills that interfere with my daily life. It was an amazing surprise to learn that pain could actually be controlled with procedures....not pills. The staff has been kind and helpful from initial contact (phone and in person), my doctor and his support staff are caring and professional.

I arrived at my appointments on or before time scheduled and was told by the desk that the Dr. was not coming in, and they would have to reschedule. This happened 3 times. With no explanation . The Dr. Must not care about his patients!!!!

I have been in pain for many years. I was referred to NAPI after my primary care physician, who managed my pain, and was incredibly compassionate, retired. Absolutely horrible. Was referred in June and it was rescheduled three times. We are now in October and I had an appt last week to be told my appt was canceled and they rescheduled for today. Went in today waited over an hour only to be told they can't help me. What the heck? Is there a reason I wasn't told in June? Why wait until October?

I had a referral to see Dr Brownsberger from my neurologist. Two weeks after the referral was sent to them, they called and left a message to call back to set up an appointment. I called back five times over the next 10 days and left messages to please return the call to set up an appointment. That was now eight weeks ago and still no phone call. Would NOT recommend this place. I was able to get in to see another doctor at a convenient time.
