I went to the ER last night after my work shift. I was extremely sick with what seems like everyone is experiencing right now. the nurses were great and then in walks Dr. week I don't know if he was tired but he had horrible bedside manner he asked me what I did for a living I told him I was a bartender and then immediately asked if I had been drinking or doing drugs. I told him that that was horrible to assume because I was a bartender that I was Not drinking or on drugs I end up walking out
Horrible! Don’t even bother with these people just go to Phoenix.
I find it hard to believe that these people are swamped on the phone, ever single extension, including the front desk? Funny how I keep calling, and my VA representative calls, and they answer the phone. They pick and choose who they will speak to. This facility needs to step up their game, and talk to people, rather than ignoring them. This is a small town, and it's very sad that they treat people this way.
This is for the sleep study clinic HIRE more staff getting someone on the phone is impossible and picking up a home sleep study is even worse if it didn't take forever to get assigned a new clinic I would definitely do that what happened to customer service
