Can't believe how rude the receptionist is hung up on me instead of trying to help and sort out a problem with my hearing issue. Very unprofessional. If the receptionist is like that how bad would the rest of the staff be?
Dr. Wong said my daughter (5) didn't need a sleep test. Said her snoring was fine even though her collar bones popped and her head shifted with every breath. Didn't take longer than 7seconds to see videos of her sleeping. Said if she was snoring that was fine. I pushed for it anyway. Fast forward 10 days later and she struggles to breathe with every breath as she sleeps, the muscles between her ribs cave in cause they we working so hard.
