Excellent service at reasonable cost
Called Northern Air for a 2nd opinion, and got an evaluation with a different diagnosis within a couple of hours. Herb gave a good explanation of what was wrong and why it was happening. Repair was done and pricing was dramatically better than was quoted by first company. We will definitely use Northern Air in the future, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors!
Northern air is the best. Herb went above and beyond what I needed. He fought for my warranty, saved me a large number. I called him sometimes at 2am and he was at my house at 5:30 looking for that leak. Amazing technician and super reasonable pricing. I recommend Northern Air immediately to anyone.
