Reading lots of these reviews makes me shake my head.. I spent 25+ years wrapped up in addiction and prison. The initial 3 week foundations program helps people get comfortable in a group setting and allows them to adapt with some sober time. The 3 week CORE program is a group therapy of 6-8 people under the direction of a councillor.. Personally, I went in with an open mind and a desire to change. The psychiatrist there isn’t good at his job. He had a person there learning on my first visit with him which I didn't give permission for. He hardly talks to me so I’m in there for only 1 minute. He hands out pills like candy. For someone in mental health he’s pretty judgmental and makes me uncomfortable which is not good when your trying to treat someone with mental illness. Our last visit I felt like he should get his license revoked.
