I recently visited this clinic for a general checkup and later they started with some general dental treatment on me. So far I had really great and positive experience. All people who work there are super friendly and nice.
I have had excellent dental care Northend Dental, particularly, Dr. Stark and his assistant Trina. Dr. Stark has a way of administering needles that is painless. I have had some emergency work done and each dentist I have encountered has been professional, thorough and helpful. Plus, they really take care of you in the chair, asking at intervals if I am doing okay. They always immediately stop if I ask them too.
I have bad teeth and hate going to see the dentist. Its usually bad news. Dr Banun and his team are great. They made me feel at ease and gave me all the teeth care I could imagine. Great Dentist. Go see Dr Banun. You wont be sorry. Professional and caring.
The dental assistant that was cleaning my teeth literally snapped to me “oh, what do you know about x-rays? Anything at all?” VERY rudely toned when I brought up my concerns that I didn’t wanna have an x-ray again because I just had one done a couple months prior. There’s no reason to talk down to anybody, especially when I’m paying you my hard earned cash in hand after. I should’ve just walked out and told her to tell the dentist exactly what she said to me was the reason why.
I went for a cleaning and when they knew I had insurance they told me that I needed all my fillings replaced. This turned out to be a nightmare. I had extreme sensitivity and pain in my teeth and gums and headaches from the work they did The dentist got me a prescription for the pain and told me he would call me in 2 days to see if I things were better but never called back I have since had to go to another dentist for treatment to correct the work they did that should have never been done in the first place I gave them 3 ch... read more
