Horrendous, shockingly unprofessional experience. After paying a very large sum of money for outside monitoring and then an exorbitant amount for each appointment, I called the clinic to ask for their preferred pharmacy and they refused to give me any names. When I asked to speak to management the office staff promptly hung the phone up, mid sentence --no raised voices, no profanities whatsoever, they simply interrupted my request and ended the call. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the entire staff. From the very first appointment, I felt seen, heard, and cared for with the utmost compassion. Every doctor, nurse, embryologist, coordinator, and receptionist played an essential role in making one of the most emotional and vulnerable journeys feel supported and hopeful.
