I just called asking a general question and the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me. If their customer service is bad, I can only imagine why they have 2 out of 5 stars.
Dr. Moncla is insensitive and a shame to the establishment. I loved going throughout the years and seeing Ashley and Monifa for my routine visits, but when I had to go see Moncla for a health concern visit is past week he completely minimized my concerns and brushed them off as no big deal. I left feeling more hurt and confused by the appointment and I will never go back to this medical establishment simply because of the treatment I received by this provider.
