My fiancé and I are having complications with our baby this hospital thought she had a UTI and she didn’t. Terrible experience. I showed up at 10:00am. Appointment was set for 10:15. I was refused service and told to reschedule because I hadn’t arrived 30 minutes prior to fill out TWO pieces of registration paper. I was also being prompted through text to fill out a preregistration form and when I tried the app said it couldn’t locate my record. I had to drive in rain with very wet roads to get to their office and there are absolutely no signs telling you where to go. I was told by Cooper Simon she would perscribe medication only to be told over the phone they don't prescribed that type of medication. Do not recommend this office at all now.
