My first time there. Allyson Waldron was very informative and easy to talk to. Everyone was kind and friendly.
Like other reviews: called multiple times, inconsistent information about accepting new patients, only office within a hour and a half i can go to only to rudely be told "no". I am 22 weeks pregnant with our second and do not need this kind of hassle. I can't believe this is what Elko has to rely on for prenatal care. Whether I get seen in town or not they will likely see me in the hospital when it comes time. Wish I could have set up care.
Took about a month of calling multiple times a day to finally get someone on the phone. Voicemails are never returned. Told me they’re weren’t accepting new patients this month for pregnancy. Currently 38weeks pregnant and just wanted to get cleared for and an induction scheduled for 39 weeks. Lady was kind of rude on the phone and hung up on me
Unable to reach front desk for appointment scheduling or even general question. Do not return voicemail either, I live too far way to just show up for a question that can be answered over the phone. Also have been waiting over a month for pre authorization request to be sent to my insurance, literally over a month and cannot reach this office
