I have tried several times to get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone? Left a message quite some time ago and still no response.
Drove an hour for service to be told service cannot be done because of certain stipulations. Was NEVER given any pre-warning, notice, or instructions about said stipulation. Allowed me to get completely undressed before coming in and refusing services. I have been waiting months for this appointment and as stated drove an hour. Completely unprofessional.
Just had an appointment with Dr Allyson, she is extremely sweet and caring! She took time to listen to my concerns and ordered all the necessary testing that she thinks I need done. I have always felt brushed off and that doctors in Elko don’t tend to listen or want to help you figure things out! She went above and beyond. Thank you.
