A great school, with a great team! I can‘t recommend NEMAA enough. If anyone is looking for a great workout and want to pick up some self defense techniques in the process, this is the place to do it!
I grew up taking classes after school at NEMAA and it shaped who I am as a person today. Not only did I learn the art of Taekwondo, but I gained many physical, mental, and emotional benefits that I have carried out into my adult life. All of the instructors were amazing and I also made some lifelong friends. Grandmaster Barron is very knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. I would recommend NEMAA to anyone who is interested in self defense in the area.
I started at NEMAA approximately 15 years ago with my children. My children all became black belts. My daughter, a third degree black belt, trained until she left for college. She still comes & trains when she’s home. I am currently working towards my third degree black belt. Grandmaster Barron is a wonderful instructor, as are all of the instructors. A great Traditional Taekwondo Dojang! Great instructors under GrandMaster Barron. All Blackbelts are Kukkiwon certified, if you are not aware of what that is, please look it up when choosing a Taekwondo School.
