My hygienist was punctual and very polite and cheerful. I was taken back to the room a few minutes prior to my appointment after check in and was immediately seen by the dentist. Cleaning was painless and quick and she kept up polite chatter during the cleaning, so no awkwardness. Like the practice, they are very organized and great with appointment reminders.
Erica is the best!!! Everyone is great the entire staff from the ladies in the front to the lab to the hygienest they are all wonderful !!!

My Son, Ryder, had his first dentist appointment last week. He is 3 and was nervous to go. Codi did an excellent job cleaning his teeth, but also easing his nerves and making the appointment fun and easy. Thanks Codi for being patient and silly for Ryder's first dentist experience. He is excited now to go back!
I wish this place could be rated in two separate areas. As far as the work they do, they deserve an "excellent" rating. I have no complaints at all. Dr. Brown and the staff are tremendously nice and as careful as can be when they are working on those sensitive teeth. For the quality of work, I think anyone would be very pleased. However, the price -- ouch! I know why people are hesitant about having dental work. Just to fill a tooth and build it up where it had cracked was $280. Dr. Brown and all of the staff that I have encountered are amazing! From day one, I have been treated like I am the most important patient in the building. When I come in for a visit, all of the staff are smiling and seem genuinely happy to see me. All other dental centers need to model their facility after Angola Dental Center.
It was suggested that I come in as a walk-in. I tried this once before and was so disappointed, but gave it another try. I will never do that again. I sat and was ignored for two hours and got up to say I could wait no longer, and wouldn't you know, I got right in. Dentist was good, but I suggest you do NOT suggest any walk-in's.
I want to thank everyone for the kind, and prompt care for my broken tooth. The entire staff was helpful, kind, and informative about my tooth. It is good to have a whole tooth, and I promise that I won't eat popcorn again! Thank you all so very much.
Compared to my first visit, getting all my top teeth pulled and getting a full top plate, went really good. However this time around getting all my bottom teeth pulled and a full bottom plate was a nightmare. I wasn't on the gas long enough and felt everything they did. I still have part of a tooth with root in my mouth that is affecting and shooting pain up into my ear. I cannot wear my lower plate, so I now cannot wear my top plate as those grind into my lower gums. Stitches were so tight they started popping and breaking ... read more
