Nicole and I spoke about my account and she was not helpful about the collection agency they use in Newburgh. Hudson Valley Collection. They are sketchy. After months of making payments each month on time they randomly contacted the credit bureau. Nicole promised to send me account details to my email and never did. Customer service terrible.
