Do not sign a contract with this company. I had a tree marked by the city for removal. I reviewed the list of approved contractors and Northeast Tree seemed close and no different than the rest of the companies I saw. I had never had to pay for tree removal before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I wish I had done more research. First off, I’d like to state that leaving a negative review, especially for a small local business pains me, but I’d be remiss in not bringing to your attention the issues I had with them. First, let me mention the pros: They are very knowledgeable about the variety of trees they deal with and with tree care and the work they did was good work. Great and fast service. My little NE bungalow had become obstructed by a rogue blue spruce. It’s now gone and the place looks great! I’ve had two trees removed and some pruning done by NE Tree....consistently happy with the results!
The crew showed up today on time as coordinated by the office and did an amazing job carefully removing 5 trees from our back yard. This crew worked hard and they were very careful. The lead guys were awesome mentors to the crew and they all worked very well together! Thanks George and be sure to thank the entire crew! Perfect job!
we had them remove some huge elms that were dying but they were over our house so we could not take them down safely ourselves. . They had to use cables and a pulley system. it was fascinating to watch! They did a great job cleaning up after wards. I highly recommend them for any job.
