RecommendedER has been most satisfactory during the past 7 years we have lived here--had to use it about 6 times and could not expect any better than how we were treated. Two ended up in hospital stays and there was no one on the staff we encountered that shouldn't be complimented on their care and attention.

I'm currently a patient here and the nurses are so very rude!! I don't feel cared for in this facility. I spent most of my the time here waiting 30 to 45 minutes for almost anything. I was escorted to my room and left there for 2 hours before I met my nurse. Third floor oncology nurses have the nastiest attitudes you could imagine. The doctors don't correspond with one another!! The girls in Labor and Delivery are very caring I appreciate you all who were there for me but unfortunately I wouldn't dare give birth in this plac... read more

RecommendedThey go above and beyond and not only for the patient but the patients family
The Supervising ER Dr. Matthew Wiggins is the most conceited and most arrogant person I’ve ever met! He had no concern for his patient and was extremely rude to patient and even called the patient’s primary physician and was rude to her. I’ll never recommend this hospital to anyone! The other staff were kind and considerate and helpful but not the ER doc.

RecommendedI have had two outpatient surgeries recently and both times I felt well cared for! All staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dr. Zeman performed both of my procedures. He did a great job and I highly recommend him! The nursing staff was phenomenal and a special shout out to Krista! I'm thankful to have such a skilled hospital in town for our medical needs!

RecommendedMy son was in an accident and transported to NERMC. Dr. Caine and Dr. Burbee took AMAZING care of my son (as well as all of the nurses)! Once they found out he had an unstable fracture, they immediately made the call to ship him out to a larger facility. From the time of the accident to the time they had him loaded back up and on his way to Columbia, was less than 3 hours! We ate beyond thankful for the A+ care he received.

Information was released that the COVID-19 vaccine would available at NW Medical Center, Bentonville to those over 65 on Monday 01/18/2021 beginning at 7:00 am until supply was given out. I arrived early (6:45) and directed to join the line of people ahead of me.
