I work at a women’s shelter and Northeast Regional is the worst! Their workers are horrible! They treat the women here who are already suffering from trauma terribly. They’re judgmental, rude, and in lack of words just unprofessional. This company needs to do a thorough background check before hiring people.

Please give my thanks to Driver/EMT Derek and EMT Hannah who brought me to Beverly Hospital from my home on New Year's Eve, 11:00pm. I was their 12th call of the night. Professional and calm. Just what I needed under a stressful situation. I couldn't ask for a better first time ambulance experience. Regards, John Newman, Beverly

I cannot thank the EMT's that arrived at my home on 1-20-19 for my boyfriend. The officer that entered our home first was very rude and not at all professional by yelling at me that since my bf said "No" to going to the hospital then he cannot take him! Once the EMT's did their evaluation, my bf was rushed to Salem Hospital, later transferred to MGH and 3 days later, passed. My most heartfelt gratitude to Chris C & Marie W.!! The ambulance parked 100 feet from the hospital entrance. It was raining. Following a week of pneumonia I was going to rehab. I was wet and cold strapped in a wheelchair. The attendant/driver provided no cover. I felt like a package and he was the delivery man.
