I've had a number of routine scans done at the office and only positive experiences. Friendly staff, professional technicians and no problems with insurance. And much more economical than using the hospital.

The Brewster office is very poorly managed and there is a complete lack of competent communication between the front desk and the teachnicians and the schedulers. I had an MRI that took an hour and a half to complete. That was the test alone. However, I was at the office for FOUR HOURS which is outrageous. I spent more time waiting than I did doing the MRI. As for professionalism--my tech was chewing gum and held up the test while she was socializing with other staff members. The nurse wiped my arm with alcohol before insert... read more
