I just had a very rude interaction with the front desk staff. They were completely unhelpful and extremely discourteous, leaving me speechless. You should strongly consider removing that person from the team. It seems I am not the only one to have experienced such treatment from her.
Do not expect a call back or politeness from the receptionist. I guess I am glad they are not taking new patients if that is how they treat people.
The front lady who answers the phone so so freaking rude. You ask questions and she’ down elbow anything it’s like she’s trying to rid you off the phone and it’s very disturbing considering the fact that people call in looking for Mental help. Never again.
Celine was rude and deresepectful to me I have depression anxiety and trauma issues and she says that I don't take my insurance maybe I could do self pay but with that attitude I'll pass id rather suffer
