My son was 12 mins too late to be seen & they rescheduled cause he was 2 mins too late. I've waited in that office for over an hour before. Then when I called I was waiting for over 20 mins before I could speak with someone. Dr. Goode is a great doctor with my children, but everything else ruins it. I'm finding another doctor for my kids. & I called the customer care line to make a complaint.
RecommendedI love everyone at Harrisburg Family Physicians and recommend them highly. My fav is: Dr. Kirk Woosley. HE ROCKS!!!
No. No. No nooooooo. I went 3 times within a month my hand was hurting a lot! 1- 30 Min wait in phone line to speak with a rep 2- you have to tell them specific details what you need! To have a chart entry correction! Due to poor documentation of incident and event! 3- nurse/ associate accused me of trying to have the Dr. Lie for me😤 4- the lady at the check out window refused to take my copay on any of these 3 visits; she told they will bill me, then to my surprised one of this day I was there by the door and she dare to r... read more
Go to Pineville or CMC Main in Charlotte.. Heck, anywhere besides this Place! They are as SLOW as Molasses in order to run your "Tab" up & most of the staff are rude & uncaring (Unfortunately, only chose this Career Path for the Money!!!) I'm SO Tired 🥱 & Just Want to Go Home already!🤞🙏 We've been here for 7 hours & 19 minutes already & are still sitting around, waiting on a Simple Test Result to be read by a "Doctor". The Only other 'Procedures' were a simple Blood Work up & I received an IV.. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

my wife just call you request an appointment for the following week they told her that she needs to call the same day like do they not understand that we have jobs and that we need to ask for a day off. we can't just tell our bosses the same day ! is this even possible for them to do that!
