To start off this office helped me from the time I called in with my problem to the time I left the door. I wear two hearing aids and I especially have to have them for work due to dealing with the public. Both my hearing aids were down not knowing whether I was going to have them repaired in the office or have to order all new ones I wasn't feeling very well thinking that I was going to have to spend that much money again on hearing aids.
