RecommendedThe entire staff at NEMSA was wonderful throughout the entire process of scheduling, gathering paperwork, financials and preparing and performing the removal of 6 wisdom teeth on my son. I highly recommend this office and we thank them greatly for the work they all did.

I had my wisdom teeth removed June 27th and me being nervous about needles and such was stressed to the max in the days leading up to my surgery. Thanks to your staff and the doctor who performed the procedure, it was a very comforting experience. I would definitely recommend the kind, caring staff to anyone.
The care I received was exceptional. Dr. Deighan was forthright, compassionate, and helped me make medical decisions that took into account my financial needs. I was scheduled on the day I called due to emergent pain and I had to wait for a prior surgery about 2 hours longer than expected. Everyone was apologetic and kind. I’m sure if it were me in surgery I’d want my doctor to give me 100% of the required time with no rush. That’s what I received. Dr. Deighan and staff are THE BEST around! They are so kind and excel in all areas of their care. Dr. Deighan not only is an incredibly skilled surgeon, tackling complicated cases (such as my own!), he is also a person of integrity and compassion. He's got it all! I have been a patient here now for (at least) 2 years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Dr. Deighan has my highest regard as an oral surgeon, and person, in general. I wish my husband would've had as positive an experience as others seemed to. Surgery didn't go that well (minor complication and my husband was awake). Dr. Grubb was not compassionate, and some of his nursing staff (though not all) treated my husband so poorly. I was witness to the condescending attitude he received from one nurse in particular. And the financial aspect was equally negative. We were very cautious about what his insurance would cover and removing only the wisdom teeth that would be covered. However, we were ... read more
