Got a great, thorough exam with Dr. Ko. Very accessible and knowledgeable. I would have had to wait months for callbacks and appointments with other local providers.
I had extreme problems with dry eyes, and Dr. Ko used several techniques to dramatically improve my condition (inflamed eyelids, scratchy eyes, and hyper-light sensitivity due to constant irritation). Throughout her procedures, she has been excellent communicating about the procedures and my response to them. As a scientist and teacher, I value clear, useful information, and she helped me stay regimented with my self-care between appointments. I highly recommend her since I feel I have "normal" eyes again.
Dr. Ko was able to see me the same day for an acute visual issue which she rapidly and correctly diagnosed. She then diligently referred me to the appropriate specialist with all necessary imaging for management. Thanks a lot for your help, Dr. Ko!
