This is my second year of being a patient with Dr. Ko. for my eye exam and contact lenses . She is very patient and very knowledgeable. She answers all of my questions and does not rush you out of the appointment. She is always very pleasant. My daughter is her patient as well. I highly recommend Dr Ko.
The experience here made me very uncomfortable. Dr. Ko was unprofessional and rude so I will never be coming back here.
Got a great, thorough exam with Dr. Ko. Very accessible and knowledgeable. I would have had to wait months for callbacks and appointments with other local providers.
I had extreme problems with dry eyes, and Dr. Ko used several techniques to dramatically improve my condition (inflamed eyelids, scratchy eyes, and hyper-light sensitivity due to constant irritation). Throughout her procedures, she has been excellent communicating about the procedures and my response to them. As a scientist and teacher, I value clear, useful information, and she helped me stay regimented with my self-care between appointments. I highly recommend her since I feel I have "normal" eyes again.
