I give Northeast Optometry a solid 5 star rating. As a new patient I was very impressed with Dr. Ko, she is very knowledgeable in her field, she is up to date and has excellent equipment. Her communication skills are also excellent and a pleasure to converse with. I'd like to mention some of the finer points that my rating is based on. Great eye exam- very thorough & the pictures identifying dry eye was amazing!
Great visit. Easy to make an appointment, and service — both on the retail side, as well as the patient care side — were excellent. Only knock is a clunky and cumbersome UI for patient intake online. Nevertheless, would highly recommend.
UNANSWERED EMAIL + this company charged bc bs $270 for a simple eye exam. bc bs on my plan allowed $154.69 + 27.56 and N.O. continued to send reminders of $110 due? i paid $110 but why is the business charging more than the allowable amounts set by the insurance company? $270 for an eye exam in mass is excessive!
