My husband and I are redoing the landscape in the front of our house and needed to buy some shrubs. I called the garden center here the day before our visit and was told that the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and someone could take us around and answer our questions. I went there to buy my patio stones and asked if the guy sitting on front desk "I believe his name is Jay" could help me on prices and explaining me types of stones, he literally told me that's not why I am here for, I had to help myself I was so lost and end up buying in another place.
Horrible customer service - never pick up the phone or return phone calls. Have been miserable to try to work with. Used to love them but they've changed. Sad to have to leave this review.
We recently had 10 yards of screened loam delivered. It was horrible - we found tons of pieces of plastic, large rocks, a faucet connector and pieces of bags mixed in it. We needed more and went to your store today and asked for something different and were told this is all you have. The woman we spoke to repeated its 1/2” screened loam even after we told her it couldn’t be considering what we found in it and her response was “ if you’re not happy with it I suggest you don’t buy it” we have been customers for years but we wi... read more
