I had the same experience as I did 7 years ago or so. My PHI was loudly discussed in waiting room and doctor gave me my diagnosis and 10 second discharge info in the waiting room with no privacy and for all others to hear. Extreme PHI/HIPAA violation and they did this to me before. I highly disagree with their process and PHI/HIPAA violations. Curious if this needs to be reported to HHS. Very poor up keep in hospital very dirty. All nurse even the one that answers phone in hospital is very rude. All i was tring to do was get information on my brother and they put me on hold i call back and there rude to me. I will never recomend anything one to go to that hospital.

Staff is nice. Super disorganized. Food on day one my mother was in ER for 9 hours, but hadn't eaten since late afternoon the day before. No lunch, of course because ER. Then she was waiting for a bed to be freed upstairs and the nurse said that a dinner tray would be delivered between 6pm and 7pm. At almost 7pm, she was moved upstairs where she was then told that dinner was already delivered and was offered a sandwich. Next day, lunch was never delivered at all.
