Worst customer service ever!
Don't waste your time. You can never get an appointment to be seen. Have been a patient there for well over 10 years and it's gotten awful! My wife just had them cancel a followup appoinment with her Dr and told there are no other opening until after Feb! Really? It's the middle of December! Needless to say we are in the hunt for a place that actually cares about patients.
I agree the people who answer the phones are extremely rude and in compassionate. They make you feel like a burden and embarrassed for needing to make a doctors appointment. I’m extremely upset with this practice. I repeatedly came to them with GI issues, just for doctor Dibble to diagnose me with IBS. Turns out I had C DIFF, and his misdiagnosis caused me to sit with the infection for half a year, becoming extremely ill. If you express any frustrations or worries with them, they have a very “oh well” attitude.
