There is a sign in the lobby to give them 48-72 hours for your refills to be processed. You have to call them to remind them to send it in or maybe that medicine you take to regulate your heart beat won't be ready at your pharmacy 3 days later! If the doctor says he is sending you home with any paperwork, check what the nurse gave you thoroughly! A month and 3 days ago the doctor said he would refer a pacemaker check and orthpedist, haven't heard from them either:(
My grandmother has been going here for a long time. We have had concerns but she was resistant to changing. She's had some pretty serious medical issues starting in October. When I looked over her blood tests and they were not good, I called and was reassured by this medical practice that everything was okay.
