Christmas eve and no amenities 😭 James came out, using lots of knowledge and fancy gadgets , he located the leak, fixed it and made sure everything was back up and running. He gave lots of sound advice was very friendly and sympathetic. What started as a very stressful day has turned out ok. He even rang to make sure everything was still ok. The signs of a true professional with old school values leaving a very clean job. Amazing. I can totally recommend.
Highly recommended. James was spot on finding a leak in/below the cavity wall of all places. Used some serious kit to find it. If only the insurance company were as easy to work and communicate with. However, James had some really good advice for that too, and aided with a comprehensive report to help. Cheers mate.
Our central heating system began to leak after replacing a gravity fed boiler with a combi boiler. Jamie was able to come out to investigate within half a day and managed to precisely locate the leak to within a foot underneath the floorboards in a bedroom. He was incredibly professional and thorough, and provided a full report following for house insurance purposes.
James has been amazing fitted us in the same week I called and giving invaluable advice over the phone in the meantime, he was really thorough using multiple devices through my leak detection appointment and explained Everything as he did it even letting me listen to the leak !
