He explained in detail his recommendations and I received an estimate within 24 hours. I had several questions, answered in phone conversations with Jake within weeks of the estimate. EVERY rep we had was VERY professional and friendly. I was amazed how well Cole, Cooper, Joe, Luke and Travis represented the company. Could NOT ask for better service OR manners. I had my heat pump installed at the end of June. From the time I was quoted to installation was minimal. The entire team from setting an appointment for design with the office, home visit and the installation techs were awesome! All my questions we answered, needs met and exceeded expectations. I will 100% be doing business with them again after my addition is complete and have referred them to numerous people when they’re ready. Thank you again!
We had a very quick and easy install in Portland and appreciate how responsive Northeast Heat Pumps was both with the consultation and the quick booking! We will certainly be using them for servicing and if we ever need to install other units.
Terrific heat pump contractor! Everything about the process was professional and top notch. From our initial visit by Jake (who was super-knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided us a ball-park quote right away)… to the prompt scheduling… to the install team led by Cooper (all super professional, efficient and likewise knowledgeable)… we couldn’t be happier.
