I love our family doctor Nelson and nurse practitioner Sony (she’s an Indian lady). They never rush an appointment and always take time to listen to my concerns. Big shoutout to Sony, she is so sweet and so knowledgeable. I’ve saw her twice for different sickness concerns and she took such great care of me and answered my questions with great kindness and details. I don’t really understand these reviews. We have had a wonderful experience here. We love Amanda for our PCP and the nurses and other staff have been great.
I had high hopes for this practice but was very disappointed. I have 4 children that were with another practice which closed down so we switched here. I have children who have some issues one with epilepsy and adhd my four year old has some health issues as well and I made 6 appointments one I couldn't get for over a month which put my son without his medication and EVERY SINGLE appointment we had , they called and needed to reschedule because the doctor would not be in or was leaving early!
