Absolutely the worst customer service. They refuse to get you in when your sick... Don't waste your money, urgent care has more respect for the "patients".
Totally dissatisfied with them. My primary care doctor recently left the group and for good reason. Poor service. It's like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. You will have to leave numerous messages and good luck getting a return phone call. What's sad about this is the Braselton location is fairly new. I can just imagine how much more in the toilet the service will be in a few years.
Allergy and Asthma – I won't go so far as to call these people crooks, but I would strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs. The issues are as follows; questionable billing practices, substandard service, and limited appointment availability (unless you are a new patient… but once you are already trapped, expect a three month wait).
