We took my 19 month old son to this ER because he had a 105 fever and labored breathing. The nurses blew his vein on the first IV attempt, mishandled his blood draw in the second attempt, and finally in the third attempt achieved an IV which ultimately ended up leaking and had to be redone yet again. The doctor - Dr Harmon - diagnosed him with parainfluenza B, which commonly causes croup, but failed to actually diagnose him with croup in spite of the characteristic barking cough. I was repeatedly told that my son’s (extremel... read more

My husband needs a lot of care, and NGHS in Braselton is the only place that has given him the care he needs and deserves. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They take time to answer my questions and never make you feel like you are burdening them, like other hospitals in Hall County.

Best Quality of Service, Professionalism, Attitude and Treatment in Metro Atlanta surroundings. On numerous occasions, we had to use hospital services for our aging parents and this hospital is the best amongst all the major hospitals and that included Emory Hospitals so thank you.

CAN YOU SAY DISCRIMATION ? This hospital needs to be shut down. Daughter was in accident on a Wednesday, took to quick care, they said if she wasn't any better by Monday take her to the ER. Monday took her to the ER arrived at 8pm. Sat there for 5 hours, nothing happened. Except: As I sat for hours I did notice this: All the Hispanic patients were taken first, no matter what time they arrived. Then the African Americans were taken, (if no Hispanic patients were waiting). After this the elderly were taken. (I did notice ... read more

The 3rd floor was a joke , I thought if you was in the medical field, you would actually want to help the patient.NOT, my elderly father who has mestasis cancer(travels from one place to another)was admitted becuz he had a siezure/bacterial infection , which when you have a super-pubic catheter that is always a high risk at least the infection is. when he was sent to the 3rd floor noone ever came to his room except to take vitals or give meds, when he had to go to the bathroom he used the call button , they never showed unt... read more

I am posting the letter that I sent to Northeast Georgia Medical Center regarding my husband's experience on September 19, 2023. It was never addressed: I would like to address your providers concerning their exam of Fred’s tongue and the diagnosis that it was angioedema. The exam’s consisted of having Fred stick out his tongue and looking at it from several feet away. Fred told them that it was pain on one side of the tongue, however at no time did anyone actually examine the tongue closely. After arriving home, I looked a... read more

Saloni Patel referred me to see Dr. Kalpit Patel (Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton) (NGPG Dacula). Communication with the Urology department staff has been HORRIBLE from the beginning. Arrangements, prescriptions, follow-up appointments, and other issues. Nobody should utilize this facility, albeit I doubt Dr. K. Patel is aware of how the remaining areas that concern him are being handled. I was finally able to schedule my MRI biopsy for 10 NOV 2022 after much uncertainty. Liz L. Lay (MA), the assistant to Patel, c... read more

Northeast Georgia Medical Center is NOT A SAFE PLACE, they do not Report suspicious activity or foul play to law-enforcement as it’s their obligation, and there securities is too busy. My mother Was poisoned by husband four days after pacemaker surgery and admitted to the hospital un conscience, with the highest level of non-prescribed benzodiazepine in her system, and her first words was “Richard did it” in front of me and the ER doctor. Then there was 2 unexplained incidences at hospital behind closed doors with Husband al... read more
