There is an employee making threats on FB . I called the hospital and they don't want anything to do with it. Guess they don't care who they employee.
Have an ongoing incident here right now (a family member is a resident) that is being severely mishandled, basically ignored and our phone calls purposely avoided. Customer service matters most when one's health and well-being is at stake, and this facility has dropped the ball on this one.
