By treating their patients with respect. They made my wife wait in a too warm and stuffy exam room & when she felt uncomfortably warm and asked staff in the hall if she could step out for air, she was told, " no, she'll be right in", and then waited at least 10 - 20 mins. longer in the same too warm, room. Horrifying since she was there for a follow up to having had Pneumonia and on a ventilator for almost 2 weeks. Are you Serious? This was yesterday, 8/20/2020
RecommendedDr. Moua is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Hamilton-Brandon is very nice and generally helpful. I never feel like room "whatever" with her. However, the wait times are ridiculous, I've spent 1 hour+ waiting to be seen for 15 minutes.
Dr Kauth is the best Dr , I love him to pieces he's smart and informative .. Also I miss Maggie
