Dr. Grau was 100% terrific! She was attentive, caring, quickly diagnosed my issue, and sent me home with ways to immediately ease my problem. She is cheerful, well informed and easy to communicate with.
Went downhill after Dr. Manzi left. Just called to get information about a medication from two years ago and the person answering the phone was surly about the computer search she would have to do for something that “long ago.” Really, two years?
