Dr Grau was very helpful in my first visit and quickly diagnosed my issue. She gave me ways to help relieve the pain and had me measured for custom orthotics. The orthotics got to their office in Niskayuna 2weeks later and they called me to schedule a "dispensing" of the product. I was told the Dr. would be on vacation the next 2 weeks and since I didn't want to wait, they suggested I could be scheduled the next day at their Delmar location since the Dr. would be in that office then.
