I feel like I was on a terrible hidden camera show. I arrived 10 minutes early and after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I asked the receptionist as to when my daughter would be seen. The response was "Some people have no patience". I stated that one of the posted signs reads to let the front desk know if it's been longer than 30 minutes. I was given a lot of attitude for asking when we would be seen. Another sign reads that if you miss your appointment, they will charge you $25. When I asked if that policy works... read more

updating my review - 2 stars to 1. I'm trying to cancel an appointment and have been on hold for 15 minutes without an opportunity to leave a message or anything. It's sad, because we really liked the doctor. While the doctor is wonderful...very thorough and kind...there were some problems. The lady who works in the office scheduled him for 2 appointments at the same time. Fortunately we arrived first and only had to wait 45 minutes. The other person had to wait until we were finished, but because the doctor is not rushed at... read more

WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF! FEELS WELCOMING EVERYTIME I VISIT. THE DR IS FABULOUS AND KNOWS HIS STUFF! MY FEET FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!
