Dr. Chu is amazing, her staff is very personable and even get to remember you after a few visits. I has involved in a traumatic accident and Dr. Chu and her staff would call just to check up on me. Lab work and blood results they would even call on Saturday. Extremely east to get an appointment and you are seen very quickly once you get there and the doctor does not keep you waiting. I've been a patient for two years. I am switching doctors tommorow. She does NOT care about her patients, only money. I called to have a persciption changed and she would not work with me. Her staff is HORRIBLE! While trying to get the prescription changed one of her staff actually hung up on me. Very unprofessional! When I went in for blood work, they missed the vein.
