I am absolutely furious with the unprofessional actions of the staff at this place. We have waited for months to find out if my husband has celiac disease, every appointment, repeatedly, has been canceled for some reason. My husband fasted overnight and took time off of work, just to be told this morning that the receptionist accidentally made the appointment for the wrong week! Once again, we will have to wait longer and will not get any answers.
Had a colonoscopy scheduled for august 7th, got sick so they canceled it and told me it would be moved one week ahead. Fully scheduled my Friday around this, took off work, got a driver, etc only to show up today and realize they messed up scheduled it for next Friday. Absolutely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
They send me random billing statements with questionable charges. When I tried to contact their billing dept, no one answered.
BEWARE: Unreliable Billing and Zero Communication While Dr. Oustecky and the clinical staff are professional, the administrative operations at North East Endoscopy are entirely unacceptable. I was billed $313.84 for an unexplained "balance." When I called to clarify, I was told point-blank that I owed nothing. The staff here is fantastic! From check in to check out everyone was so kind and informative. Marissa was my prep nurse and she was super sweet. Brittany was my discharge nurse and she was also super sweet. Dr. Blank is an efficient and experienced physician. He is very kind and reassuring. When I woke up I had no idea it was already done. I was so nervous to have a procedure done but they helped me feel comfortable and safe. I greatly appreciate the care I received from this office. Thank you all so much.
