Dr. Ok and his assistant are the BEST!!! He treated me for what could have been a complicated root canal procedure. He made sure I understood the process and prepared me for alternate outcomes. He is patient and kind. He listened to my concerns and made me feel confident that he was up for the task. Dr. Ok & his staff are second to none! Dr. Ok is not only the most skilled doctor, he is very, very caring, kind & compassionate. My case was very challenging and the outcome was perfection!! Cannot thank he & his staff enough.
Dr Ok’s office was able to squeeze me in last minute for an urgent root canal. His staff was extremely kind, courteous and professional and made me feel valued as a patient. I had a wonderful experience with the team at Northeast Endodontics. I had to have a root canal, which isn’t something you look forward to. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The doctor and his assistant were excellent. I was amazed at how they worked so well together. They must have been working together for a long time, their interaction was almost seamless.
