Excellent place. Bella was wonderful and helped me through the process answering any questions I had and being honest and making sure I was doing good throughout the procedure I had. The office is nice and clean. Dr. Petter S. Ok was great! He made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. I would recommend this place! Everyone was nice from the moment you walk in the door.
I had a root canal yesterday at Northeast Endodontics, and my experience was honestly lovely from start to finish. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help get my insurance situation sorted out, which I really appreciated. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Dr. Ok and Natalya took great care of me during my procedure. They kept me updated on everything they were doing, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. First let me say the staff is awesome . So to be that way it had to start from the top. If you have a good boss then you have a good team, and this team is great . From the initial phone call to leaving out the door, they were all wonderful. I had a bad experience with having a root canal over 30 years ago that's how much I didn't want to do one. Dr Ok and Mary were very caring and professional during my procedure. I appreciated their concern for my comfort. The whole experience was a good one.
