I saw a very nice PA regarding a rash. He prescribed 2 creams to pick up at my pharmacy. They never received the 2 prescriptions. I called to inquire where my prescriptions were an agent from a calling service said I would get in 24-48 hours. Well it’s been 72 hours and no meds. So I have suffered for 4 days now and I can’t directly call office to complain because get bumped to calling service. So…………… I give them a NEGATIVE 10!!
Very pleased with Jordan and his assistants. Clean practice very knowledgeable and got me in very quickly and addressed all my concerns. 5 stars!!!
