Great office, great experience!
My Spinal Accessory Nerve (SAN) was damaged during a procedure in which Shari Ashton (PA-C) removed a cyst from my neck. The SAN innervates the trap muscle, which you need for rotating and retracting your scapula. This left me unable to lift my arm to the side. I could only lift up to about 45 degrees. I couldn't work out, and even eating was awkward as my trap muscle was no longer working properly. Literal awful business. Uneducated staff, and improper training. Go here if you want to pay lots of money and get nothing resolved. And the specialist was extremely rude and was extremely late coming from her lunch making me wait over 30 minutes. Maybe figure out how to run a business before going into business.
The staff was very friendly and quick. The doctor answered all my questions and was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much.
