Took my granddaughte here. Dentist told her she had a cavity. I made followup appt. Then went home & googled reviews. After reading all the terriable reviews, I cancelled followup appt.Took her back to her regular dentist this morning, to get cavity filled. Her dentist looked at xrays from Northeast, then he took his own xray, and GUESS WHAT?!!! NO cavity. Unbelievable that a dentist would put people through this procedure with no other reason than to make MONEY! HORRIBLE place. By the way, the reviews I read all said "he" r... read more

Worst dentist ever! Stay away! Got a lower partial done there and paid $850 out of pocket. It was confirmed today what I already knew the second they put it in my mouth. It is badly made does not fit and will not fit no matter how it is adjusted. It will not sit flat in my mouth and cannot be worn for more then 10 minutes without causing pain. The mold moved when he took it. When I first started going there there was not many dentists who took medicaid. Now there are 100's of talented dentists who will take medicaid. Do you ... read more
I went here a few months back for some pain I was having. I waited in the room to see the dentist for 1/2 hour and not one person came in to check on me. I finally went to the front desk and was told I can either continue to wait or come back another time. Seeing I was in a great deal of pain I continued to wait and another half hour went by when finally the dentist came in took one quick look and said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do and it appeared to be a medical issue not dental. I think Dr. K is great! He worked with me when I had no insurance and did a beautiful job! I am smiling again!!! Thank you Dr. K and your staff at both your Hebron and Norwich offices!
They don't know what they're doing, very inexperienced. Messed up my bite which I will regret for the rest of my life. go somewhere else.
