Dr. Ngo is a great physician and is truly the only reason I started and continue to go to this clinic. However, like many others have stated some of the young ladies that occupy the front desk need an attitude adjustment. I'm not sure if they forget often that they are at work but the way I've heard them speak to patients when at my appointments and the way they speak to me over the phone when trying to gain clarification is completely unacceptable.
