3/10/2011 was my 2 yr old first dentist appt. I think that I was more excited than she was just to be disappointed. My child's appt was at 2:30pm and I got there at 2:20pm only just to stand at the front counter until 2:37pm before someone even comes up front to acknowledge us. So someone finally asked how can they help with no apology for the wait and I told them I had an appt at 2:30pm. So I sat in the waiting room until 3:10pm and just decided to leave. To me first impression is everything. They didn't even come out and apologize or just to inform me why we are still waiting 40 minutes after the appt time. This was poor customer service and I will not be going back or refer anyone to this office.
