This is by far the sorriest dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Out of the 5 yes 5 schedule and confirmed appointments my child has only attended 1 due to this office CONSTANTLY canceling! I have no idea how this office is even still running with all the cancellations

My son was referred for some dental work by our regular dentist, Dr.Victoria at first smiles (LOVE HER). We were least bit pleased. He is autistic and was actually excited to go to this appointment. My husband took him and ran into some traffic causing him to be 18, actually 22minutes as I was informed by the front desk, minutes late, he said the front staff was so rude and made it like he was an hour late! ( We did try calling and the phone was busy for over AN HOUR) Dr.Lawhon was actually pleasant which we were pleased with. At check out they just made the appointments instead of asking if those days would work for us. Sadly, this is the only local place and we will have to continue to deal with them until his work is done. We will def let our referring dentist know to please to careful who they send.

The dentist was so unfriendly & ridiculous. We had to wait for an hour to be seen. The dentist was so unprofessional. I will never go back to her again! Very poor customer seevice!!!!
