Dr manisha Patel Was so great so unexpected due to dealings with other child doctors in the area she really listened to our concerns for our beautiful daughter highly recommended just be aware you have to pay a gap fee on first appointment booking but not on any after that thank you so much was a pleasure from the start to finish reception staff are lovely as well
Go elsewhere. From my son’s first appointment I was so disappointed!! No warning of how much the appointment would be it then gets to the end of the appointment and got told it’s $400 I said I wasn’t aware of how much it was got told pretty much “oh well the doctor has to get paid” after struggling a lot already money wise there was no other option but to pay. Completely paid us off and was quite condescending. Have been trying to contact them via phone for weeks, tried emails for weeks, picture is just my attempts on my current history, wife has tried even more and also attempted on my landline which can't be seen. Always says phone is busy and hangs up. Finally get through, and the receptionist can't help as we have no appointment (made 4 months ago during the last Paed appointment) and they don't have a Paed on duty today whilst open........ Receptionist was extremely rude, belittling and condescending. Her attitude was appalling. You would think that working at a children’s clinic she would have a little compassion but nope. She should be ashamed. Disgusting.
