I was looking into booking an appointment with their psychiatrist Neil King. I made it very clear in the appointment that I was not interested in speaking with a nurse practitioner as I already had one at the time. I also called before my appointment and got verbal confirmation it would be with Neil King himself, not a nurse practitioner. Upon arriving to my appointment they ended up setting me up with a nurse practitioner. DR. Neil King is a great doctor who listens. It was very hard to move on from another doctor of 20 years who upruptly had to retire do to a medical condition. The adjustment was hard, but we work well together
Wow . Just wow . Providers are unprofessional and that miss your appointments . I would not recommend this practice to anyone .
