I’ve been going to this clinic, usually seeing Dr. Nerrin for 12 years. I got caught up in traffic and was two minutes outside the 10 minute grace period of arriving late. NO one was at the desk for about three minutes.The new audiologist comes in the waiting area during that time, looked at me for a bit, and instead of asking me if I was her next patient and taking me, waited for staff to return to the desk, and tells them to have me reschedule.
