This place is full of cockroaches, smells terrible, and there are rats running around. We’ve reported it, but management doesn’t care at all — they just want the rent and give us zero solutions. I’m completely uncomfortable living here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live in this building. Stay away.
When I was their back in 2014 -2016 no problems comfortable and I was definitely on chill mode good lil spot
It is cold in winter, there are insects, the water is cut off, all services are bad, we do not recommend living there, and the air conditioners do not work in summer.
I have lived in this building for three months, but I was not comfortable. The housing is not clean and there are bad smells. I found dirt in the elevator and they put leftover food in the trash can at the main door. The water was cut off from our apartment for four days and the next two days without notifying us. Sometimes I go to the bathroom and I do not find water. I am tired of this place. I prefer to move to another place.
