Just saw Dr. Ng for the first time after changing Vets because of a move. I was very happy with my previous vet but after moving more than 20 miles away, I really needed to find someone closer. Dr. Ng was recommended by a close friend and I ma VERY pleased with her and her staff. She took more time with me and my 2 pups than honestly our previous vet did and I loved the detail in which she explained things to me.

The staff at NorthEast Clinic is beyond wonderful. Dr. Ng was extremely patient in outlining our dog, Lola's, condition. If fact I had to call back as I was too nervous to write everything down, and she explained it all over again. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with our dog as well as with us. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Ng is extremely knowledgeable about Greyhound related issues and is constantly educating herself. She has been great with my cats as well, and has a gentle hand that they respond really well to.
I was treated horribly by the lady who answered the phone on April 4th at about 11:15 am. I can’t recall her name. I needed end of life help for my 15 year old dog - and for me. She showed no empathy and insisted it was “policy” to have my dog examined first. Examined! Seemed as if they cared more about adding to my bill than they did about helping me do the humane thing for my baby. I have never been more hurt - and angry - in my life. I did a Google review but got no response, of course.
Better treatment for people facing end of life treatment for their pets and better customer service!
Caring and compassionate staff and Dr. I highly recommend NE Animal Clinic.
